- Some of the fountains around the Battery work all winter
- There is also an nice bathroom and water fountain in the Picnic House
- In the Prospect Park Audubon Center (The Boat House) when is open. There is also a really nice bathroom.
- The playground along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade at Pierrepont St has a water fountain that works all winter
